It should be remarked that the illustrations for all nations in Western Europe are photographic. Those for the Soviet Union are propaganda shots, for all other Eastern Block countries illustrations are by drawing only! The book is scruffy and worn. The covers are worn, marked, creased, stained, stoically cheerful. The spine is secure, tenacious, very worn. The contents are worn about the edges.
