The PCCC states its views on a variety of topics, namely, "Conservation," "Workmen's Compensation," "Blue-Sky Law," "Social and Industrial Justice," "Recall of Decisions," "Inheritance Tax," "Direct Primary," "Legislative Reference Bureau," "Hetch Hetchy," "Credit System," "Weights and Measures," and "High Cost of Living." A sampling of the PCCC's stance on said subjects include supporting conservation to protect local forests, extension and improvement of Workers' Compensation, Blue-Sky Law (protects investors), minimum wage for women, workplace safety, inheritance tax law, completing the Hetch Hetchy Dam (O'Shaughnessy Dam) for Bay Area cities, investigation of agricultural credit societies, state supervision of weights and measures, and investigations into the high cost of living..
