Modern brown half calf, gilt lettering on backstrip, covers lined with matching hand-marbled paper. Some foxing to title-page, light brown stain through outer lower corner of pages 385 to end (not extending into text), very good otherwise. - "By a route never before performed, being along the banks of the Loire, the Isere, and the Garonne, through the greater part of their course. By Lieutenant-Colonel Pinkney, of the North-American Native Rangers."
