A very large book of the 19 year old Westall's fascinating drawings of this very early exploration of Australia's coastline. The boards are sound, sturdy, hale. The contents have flurries of foxing to the frontis pages and along the early page trims. The pages themselves are utterly confident, most generous, earnestly diligent, clean, clear, wonderfully companionable.
