Less literary in language than his contemporaries (such as Langenhoven and Totius), more commonplace, "Oom Gert Vertel" was in Leipoldt's first collection of his poetry. This edition is in general good condition. The cover bears evidence of usage all about. There are handling marks to both covers. The spine is sunned and creased.
