Sir George Murray Humphry (1820-1896). was professor of anatomy at Cambridge and became the first professor of surgery there. He founded the Journal of Anatomy and Physiology in 1867. Because of his efforts the University of Cambridge converted the insignificant Medical School of 1866 into one which is world-renowned. Some cover soil else very good. Uncommon..
