Color map frontispiece split in several places, but complete. Rear map has more closed tears/splits but is also complete; folding plates that follow have a few small closed tears. Litho plates: A few of the folding plates have dust soil and nicked edges, but overall clean, pleasing and scarce; wonderful images of Western Massachusetts. Text clean, block sound.
