Allen Hinckley (1877-1954) was an American bass baritone singer who trained in New York under Oscar Saenger. Debut at Hamberg Opera in 1903, guest at the Bayreuth Festivals, 1906-1908, then a member of the Metropolitan Opera, 1908-1914. Dr. Hugh Schussler was a medical doctor who gave up medicine to be an opera singer (died 1916 @ age 38). Slight bend to top right corner.. Photographic Image. Book Condition: Collectible-Very Good.
