The history of a short-lived but exemplary little magazine which presented work by Ezra Pound, William Carlos Williams, Gertrude Stein, Conrad Aiken, e.e. cummings, Louis Zukofksy, etc. Many of the original contributions are reprinted, but perhaps the most interesting aspect of the book is the hundred-or-so letters reproduced in facsimile.
