Original document handwritten in black ink on beige paper. Datelined in York, Pennsylvania on August 26, 1807. 6 1/2" x 8." Two pages (one leaf folded in half and written on two sides). Document is clean and intact overall but is fragile and has two horizontal fold lines (perhaps original), splitting along the folds, and a few small spots of discoloration. There is tape repair on an interior blank page and on the verso of the first page, affecting some of the handwriting. A Good copy. In this legal document, Eunice Gerrish grants Power of Attorney to William B. Sewall to sell off the estate of her deceased husband, Richard, so as to pay off creditors.. Manuscript. Book Condition: Collectible-Good. Binding: No Binding
