Sixteen pages (eight panels printed front and back), complete. Two of the pages comprise an advertisement for silverware. Color illustrations, complete. Paper is fragile. Brochure is clean and intact overall except for a horizontal fold line (perhaps original), a crease and a couple of small chips in the lower-right corner, and slight age toning. A Good copy. A collection of Betty Crocker recipes, mostly for desserts, on a brochure. Also promotes Gold Medal flour. Among the recipes are "Double Boiler Icing," "Pumpkin Chiffon Pie," recipe for a 9-inch pie shell, "Betty Crocker's Streusel-Filled Coffee Cake," "Spiced Gyngerbrede" supposedly served by Martha Washington to Lafayette, "Southern White Fruit Cake," "'Last Minute' Cream of Tomato Soup," and "Russian Tea Cakes."
