Former owner's inscription in black ink and pencil on front free endpaper. Pages are clean and intact overall except for light age toning throughout and slight edge wear. Covers are clean and intact overall but have slightly bumped corners, slight wear to head and tail of spine, and darkening and slight soiling along spine and on front and back. Binding is tight. A Very Good copy. Author Henry T. Finck takes readers on a tour of Japan during "Lotos-Time" (Lotus Time), that is, the summer season.
