Complete in two volumes. 12mo. 263pp (across both volumes). Cloth-backed patterned paper-covered boards, lettered, decorated and ornately ruled in gold at the spines. Fore- and bottom edges untrimmed. Some fox spotting throughout. Former owner bookplate and small personal library reference plate and stamp to the upper front pastedowns, and a different bookplate to both front free endpapers. A nice bright example of a handsomely produced set, housed in the original stiff card slipcase, chafed and dust soiled, with the title label lettering somewhat indistinct.
