circa.1930. Publicity photo (5 x 7 inch) b/w of his portrait with printed signature across the bottom. Reginald Denny (1891-1967) was an English actor who went to Hollywood. In 1920 he appeared on the stage with John Barrymore in RICHARD III. Went on to leading roles in silent films and later as a character actor in talking films. ON the side he ran a large hobby shop in southern California that specialized in radio controlled planes. During WWII his company won an army contract for the OQ-2 Radioplane of which there were 15,000 made. After the war he sold the company to Northrop. His last role was in 1967 on BATMAN.. Book.
