It is revised monthly and contains the most recent of available facts and figures. September marks the second anniversary of Canada's entry into the war. This issue contains a special foreword by the Minister of Justice, Rt. Hon. Ernest Lapointe, who is Acting Prime Minister during Mr. King's visit to Britain."
