Complete in two volumes (the first volume is a slightly later printing, dated 1863 vs. the 1860 date allocated to the second volume, but the binding of both is uniform). 8vo. Half-bound in white cloth with marbled paper-covered sides and gilt lettering and ornate rule. Top edges stained red and with decorated cloth endpapers. With 513 engraved César Vecellio costume designs, over both volumes. Small German dealer plates to the head of the front pastedowns of both volumes. Former owner name neatly inkstamped to the half-title of the second volume. The cloth marked and a little discoloured in places. A very good set.. Book. Book Condition: Very Good. Binding: Hardcover
